Position Details

- Pay Range: $30.00 – $37.00 per hour (based on experience)
Registered Nurse (RN) Job Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) setting
- Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
- Supervise and support LPNs and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs)
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams
- Monitor patient progress and document clinical findings accurately
- Ensure compliance with state and federal healthcare regulations
- Maintain high standards of infection control and patient safety
- Deliver compassionate, patient-centered long-term care
Education & Certification Requirements
- Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Ohio
- Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program (ADN or BSN)
- Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) or Long-Term Care (LTC) experience preferred
- Strong clinical assessment and leadership skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
