Job Requirements
- Education Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or related healthcare field
- Certifications Requirements: Valid RN license, BLS certification, Wound Care Certification (preferred but not mandatory)
- Experience Requirements: Minimum of 1 year of experience in wound care or Home Health nursing
- Other Requirements: Strong clinical assessment skills, ability to work independently, excellent communication skills, reliable transportation, and ability to manage appointment schedules efficiently

Job Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive wound assessments, including diabetic, pressure, venous, and amniotic wounds, to develop personalized treatment plans.
- Implement and monitor advanced wound care techniques, including amniotic membrane applications and other innovative therapies.
- Provide patient education on wound management, symptom monitoring, and prevention strategies to promote healing and prevent recurrence.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care, document progress, and adjust treatments as necessary.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient encounters, treatment plans, and outcomes in EMR systems.
