Job Requirements
  • Education Requirements: Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Minnesota
  • Certifications Requirements: CPR certification, Basic Life Support (BLS), and ACLS (preferred but not mandatory)
  • Experience Requirements: At least 1 year of recent experience in Skilled Nursing, Long Term Care, or similar settings
  • Other Requirements: Ability to work evenings from 2pm-10:30pm, excellent communication skills, reliable transportation (must live under 1 hour away), ability to handle physically demanding tasks

Job Responsibilities
  • Provide patient care for residents in long-term, psychiatric, hospice, home health, or rehabilitation settings, ensuring adherence to care plans and safety protocols.
  • Administer medications, treatments, and interventions accurately and in a timely manner according to facility policies.
  • Document patient assessments, observations, and interventions precisely using electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and update individualized care plans tailored to each patient's needs.
  • Educate patients and families on health conditions, medications, and care procedures to promote understanding and compliance.
