Job Requirements
- Education Requirements: Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Minnesota
- Certifications Requirements: CPR certification, Basic Life Support (BLS), and ACLS (preferred but not mandatory)
- Experience Requirements: At least 1 year of recent experience in Skilled Nursing, Long Term Care, or similar settings
- Other Requirements: Ability to work evenings from 2pm-10:30pm, excellent communication skills, reliable transportation (must live under 1 hour away), ability to handle physically demanding tasks

Job Responsibilities
- Provide patient care for residents in long-term, psychiatric, hospice, home health, or rehabilitation settings, ensuring adherence to care plans and safety protocols.
- Administer medications, treatments, and interventions accurately and in a timely manner according to facility policies.
- Document patient assessments, observations, and interventions precisely using electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and update individualized care plans tailored to each patient's needs.
- Educate patients and families on health conditions, medications, and care procedures to promote understanding and compliance.
