Job Requirements
- Education Requirements: Valid Nursing license (RN or LPN) in the state of Minnesota
- Certifications Requirements: CPR certification, I communicate effectively with team and residents, Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- Experience Requirements: At least 1 year of experience in long-term care or similar setting, prior experience in night shifts preferred, Knowledge of EMR systems
- Other Requirements: Ability to work nights from 10p-6:45a, Physical stamina to lift and move residents, Strong communication and interpersonal skills, Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Job Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality nursing care to residents in a long-term care setting during night shifts.
- Monitor resident health status, respond to changes, and communicate effectively with team members and physicians.
- Ensure documentation is accurate and compliant with facility policies and regulatory standards.
- Supervise and support LPNs and nursing assistants to deliver excellent resident care.
