Job Requirements
  • Education Requirements: Valid Nursing license (RN or LPN) in the state of Minnesota
  • Certifications Requirements: CPR certification, I communicate effectively with team and residents, Ability to pass background check and drug screening
  • Experience Requirements: At least 1 year of experience in long-term care or similar setting, prior experience in night shifts preferred, Knowledge of EMR systems
  • Other Requirements: Ability to work nights from 10p-6:45a, Physical stamina to lift and move residents, Strong communication and interpersonal skills, Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Job Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality nursing care to residents in a long-term care setting during night shifts.
  • Monitor resident health status, respond to changes, and communicate effectively with team members and physicians.
  • Ensure documentation is accurate and compliant with facility policies and regulatory standards.
  • Supervise and support LPNs and nursing assistants to deliver excellent resident care.
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment, adhering to infection control protocols.
