- LVN/LPN diploma or equivalent from an accredited nursing program
Certifications Requirements:
- Valid Minnesota LPN license
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
Experience Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience as an LPN in long-term care facilities
Other Requirements:
- Strong LPN with no call-in issues
- Ability to work 36 hours/week on a 3-12 night shift schedule (5:30 PM - 6:00 AM)
- Must have excellent communication skills and a compassionate attitude
- Background check clearance and flexibility to adapt to facility protocols
