Education Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience
  • RN license in Minnesota (mustHaves: RN MN License)

Certifications Requirements

  • State RN license (MN License)

Experience Requirements

  • At least 1 year of LTC or related experience
  • Strong skills in resident care, assessments, and documentation

Other Requirements

  • Ability to work a mix of 8's and 12's shifts (day shifts, 6 am - 6:30 pm or 6 am - 2:30 pm)
  • Must be comfortable with a flexible schedule, including every other weekend
  • Must pass background and compliance checks
  • No on-call or callback required
  • Housing is not provided; candidate is responsible for accommodation

  • Provide quality Long Term Care (LTC) Nursing to residents in a skilled nursing facility
  • Perform resident assessments, develop care plans, and monitor patient progress
  • Administer medications and treatments in compliance with facility protocols
