Travel LPN (LTC Setting) – Up to $1,620 / Week
Location: Belgrade, Minnesota
Shift: PM and Night Shifts
Start Date: ASAP
Contract Length: 13 Weeks
Hours: 36 hours/week guaranteed (mix of 8s, 12s, and occasional 16-hour shifts)
Housing: On-site housing available for rent (minimally furnished)

Are you a compassionate and reliable Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) looking for your next travel assignment? We're seeking dedicated LPNs to join our team in Belgrade, MN for a 13-week contract in a long-term care facility. Job Responsibilities:

  • Deliver patient-centered nursing care in a long-term care setting

  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed

  • Monitor patient progress and report changes to RN or physician

  • Document care accurately using electronic medical records

  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure quality care

  • Adhere to infection control and safety protocols

  • Provide emotional support and education to patients and families

Requirements:

  • Active LPN license in the state of Minnesota (or compact license)

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a long-term care or similar setting

  • Current BLS certification (American Heart Association preferred)

  • Strong communication and documentation skills

  • Ability to work weekends and flexible shifts (PM/Nights)

  • Willingness to work occasional 16-hour shifts
