Job Requirements
- Education Requirements: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or higher degree from an accredited institution
- Certifications Requirements: Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in Pennsylvania; Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS); Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP)
- Experience Requirements: Minimum of 1 year of recent NICU experience in a hospital setting; experience working with neonatal patients of varying acuity levels; proven ability to collaborate within multidisciplinary healthcare teams
- Other Requirements: Ability to work 3-12 shift schedule; physical stamina for hospital environment; excellent communication and interpersonal skills; flexibility to work every 3rd weekend; ability to adapt to fast-paced clinical settings

- Provide comprehensive neonatal nursing care to neonatal patients in a hospital setting, ensuring the highest standards of safety and quality.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans tailored to neonatal needs.
- Monitor neonatal patients’ vital signs, administer medications, and perform specialized procedures as required.
