Job Requirements
- Education Requirements: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent nursing degree from an accredited institution
- Certifications Requirements: Valid Registered Nurse license in Pennsylvania, BLS, ACLS (preferred), PALS (preferred)
- Experience Requirements: Minimum of 1 year of ER nursing experience, with at least 2 years of travel nursing experience in emergency settings
- Other Requirements: Ability to work 12-hour night shifts, must be able to work all 13 weeks regardless of RTO, strong clinical skills, excellent communication, and adaptability to fast-paced environments

Job Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality emergency care to patients in the ER environment, assessing and responding to urgent medical needs promptly and effectively.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans ensuring optimal patient outcomes.
- Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of patient conditions, treatments, and interventions in compliance with facility policies.
- Monitor patient statuses continuously, identifying and escalating any critical issues to the appropriate medical personnel.
- Uphold infection control standards and ensure compliance with all safety protocols during shift delivery.
