What You'll Do:

Required Skills:
- Active Arkansas State or Compact RN license
- BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certifications
- Minimum of 1 year of ER experience
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
- Ability to work independently and efficiently in a rural healthcare environment
Nice to Have Skills:
- Previous experience working in rural or community hospital settings
- Additional certifications such as TNCC or PALS
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Nursing degree from an accredited program (Associate's or Bachelor’s)
- At least 1 year of current ER experience, demonstrating proficiency in emergency care protocols and procedures
Other Requirements:
- Willingness to work full-time, 12-hour day shifts from 7 AM to 7 PM
- Possession of a valid license and certifications as specified
