Job Requirements
- Education Requirements: Associate's Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
- Certifications Requirements:
- BLS (Basic Life Support) Certification
- WI RN License
- Additional ICU, ER, or specialty certifications preferred
Experience Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years of med-surg RN experience
Previous hospital experience required
Demonstrated proficiency in managing medical and surgical patients
Other Requirements:
Resilient and capable of managing change effectively
Strong communication and team collaboration skills
Ability to work the night shift from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM
