Job Requirements
- Education Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Nursing or a related healthcare field.
- Certifications Requirements: Valid Nurse Practitioner (NP) license, Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, and Wound Care Certification.
- Experience Requirements: Minimum of 1 year of experience in wound care management, including amniotic wound care, diabetic, pressure, venous & chronic wound treatment.
- Other Requirements: Strong clinical assessment skills, ability to work independently, excellent communication skills, physical stamina for home visits, and proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
