Job Requirements
  • Education Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Nursing or a related healthcare field.
  • Certifications Requirements: Valid Nurse Practitioner (NP) license, Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, and Wound Care Certification.
  • Experience Requirements: Minimum of 1 year of experience in wound care management, including amniotic wound care, diabetic, pressure, venous & chronic wound treatment.
  • Other Requirements: Strong clinical assessment skills, ability to work independently, excellent communication skills, physical stamina for home visits, and proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR) systems.

Job Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive wound assessments and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient’s needs.
  • Execute home visits and collaborate with physicians to ensure optimal wound healing progress.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of patient visits, treatments, and outcomes using electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
  • Educate patients and their families on wound care management and prevention strategies.
  • Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to facilitate seamless patient care and ensure adherence to clinical protocols.
