Job Requirements
  • Education Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent
  • Certifications Requirements: Valid CNA certification, CPR certification, and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
  • Experience Requirements: Minimum of 1 year of experience as a CNA in a long-term care setting
  • Other Requirements: Ability to work PM/NOC shifts, excellent communication skills, reliable transportation, ability to work independently, and compliance with facility dress code (scrubs required)

Job Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care in accordance with facility protocols and standards.
  • Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, and feeding.
  • Document patient observations and care activities accurately and timely.
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for residents.
  • Communicate effectively with residents, families, and the healthcare team to ensure quality care delivery.
