- Education Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent
- Certifications Requirements: CPR certification, CNA certification, Basic Life Support (BLS) (preferred but not required)
- Experience Requirements: At least 1 year of experience as a CNA in a long-term care setting
- Other Requirements: Ability to work flexible shifts, strong communication skills, attention to detail, ability to stand for extended periods
