Contract Length: 12 Weeks
Weekly Compensation: Up to $2,600 (based on experience)

This is an ideal position for RNs who are passionate about delivering high-quality care in the home setting and who thrive in an independent, patient-focused environment.
Job Description:

Deliver skilled nursing care to patients in their homes across the assigned territory

Complete comprehensive assessments and create individualized care plans

Accurately document visits using OASIS and ensure timely submission of all required documentation

Administer medications, perform wound care, and provide disease process education to patients and caregivers

Coordinate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care
-
Monitor and adjust care based on patient progress and outcomes
-
Maintain compliance with agency policies and regulatory standards
Education & Certification Requirements:

Active Registered Nurse license in Idaho (or compact state license)

Current AHA BLS certification

Minimum 1 year of recent Home Health RN experience

Proficiency in OASIS documentation is required

Associate or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN preferred)
