Near Springfield, Illinois
Up to $1,600/Week
13-Week Travel Contract
Day Shift | 3x12s | 36 Hours/Week

Connected Health Care, a trusted healthcare recruitment and staffing firm, is partnering with a reputable Long Term Care / Rehab facility near Springfield, IL to hire a Travel Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a 13-week contract. This opportunity offers steady day shifts, consistent hours, and competitive weekly pay.

Position Details

  • Position: Travel LPN

  • Setting: Long Term Care / Rehab

  • Shift: Day Shift

  • Schedule: 3x12s

  • Hours: 36 hours per week

  • Contract Length: 13 weeks

  • Weekly Pay: Up to $1,600/week (based on experience)

Job Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality nursing care to residents in an LTC/Rehab setting

  • Administer medications and treatments as ordered

  • Monitor resident status and report changes to the care team

  • Accurately document care and treatments in the EMR

  • Collaborate with RNs, therapy teams, and facility staff

  • Ensure compliance with facility policies and state regulations

  • Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care

Education & Certification Requirements

  • Active Illinois LPN License (or eligibility to work in IL)

  • Graduate of an accredited Practical Nursing program

  • Current BLS/CPR Certification

  • 1+ year of LPN experience preferred

  • LTC or Rehab experience strongly preferred

  • Ability to pass background check, drug screen, and health requirements
