Job Requirements
- Education Requirements: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of Minnesota.
- Certifications Requirements: Basic Life Support (BLS), CPR certification preferred; Nursing license active and in good standing; Infection Control certification (optional but advantageous).
- Experience Requirements: Minimum of 1 year of recent Long Term Care (LTC) experience as an LPN; Prior experience with evening shifts preferred; Knowledge of EMR systems including documentation and medication administration.
- Other Requirements: Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment; Strong communication and interpersonal skills; Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds; Flexibility to cover scheduled shifts including weekends; Good physical stamina and attention to detail.
