- Education Requirements: Valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license from an accredited program
- Certifications Requirements: Current CPR & First Aid certifications, state-specific LPN license, and any additional relevant certifications
- Experience Requirements: Minimum of 1 year of recent LPN experience in a Skilled Nursing or Long Term Care setting
- Other Requirements: Ability to work night shifts, strong communication skills, adaptability, and compliance with facility policies
