Are you a versatile and skilled Registered Nurse looking for a unique travel opportunity? We are seeking a Travel OB/ER/MS RN to join a Critical Access Facility in Saint Francis, Kansas. This role offers a diverse patient care experience, as the candidate will work in the OB clinic and float between the Emergency Room (ER) and Med-Surg (MS) departments as needed. - Unit Coverage: OB Clinic, ER, Med-Surg
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive obstetric care in the OB clinic
- Assist with labor & delivery, postpartum, and newborn care
- Respond to emergency situations and provide critical care in the ER
- Manage medical-surgical patients requiring treatment for various conditions
- Conduct patient assessments, medication administration, and care planning
- Collaborate with physicians, midwives, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams
- Utilize advanced monitoring equipment and maintain accurate documentation
Education & Certification Requirements:
- Active RN License (Kansas or Compact)
- BLS (Basic Life Support) Certification
- ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) Certification
- PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) Certification
- NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) Certification
- Fetal Monitoring Certification (preferred)
- Minimum 2 years of OB, ER, or Med-Surg experience required
- Previous Critical Access Hospital experience preferred
