Job Requirements
  • Education Requirements: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or higher degree preferred
  • Certifications Requirements: BLS (Basic Life Support), PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support), AR State or Compact Nursing License
  • Experience Requirements: At least 1 year of OB/L&D nursing experience in a hospital setting
  • Other Requirements: Ability to work 3-12 shift schedule, strong communication skills, adaptability to rural healthcare environments

Job Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive OB/L&D nursing care to obstetric patients in a hospital setting, ensuring safety and quality standards are met.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans tailored to individual needs.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of patient assessments, treatments, and progress.
