We are seeking a skilled OB RN to join a leading healthcare facility in Watertown, South Dakota. This is an excellent opportunity for nurses passionate about obstetric care, labor & delivery, and postpartum support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and assess maternal and fetal health during labor and delivery.
- Assist with labor management, C-sections, and postpartum care.
- Administer medications, IV fluids, and pain management as needed.
- Educate and support mothers and families on newborn care and postpartum recovery.
- Respond to obstetric emergencies and collaborate with healthcare teams.
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with hospital protocols.
Education & Certification Requirements:
- Active RN license in South Dakota (or compact state eligibility).
- Minimum 1-2 years of OB/L&D nursing experience.
- BLS, ACLS, and NRP certifications required.
- Previous travel or contract experience preferred but not required.
