Connected Health Care is currently seeking an experienced Operating Room Nurse Manager to join a client in Estes Park, CO. Our client is a leading healthcare organization committed to providing exceptional patient care and support to its staff.

Job Description:
As the Operating Room Nurse Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the operating room department. You will manage a team of nurses and surgical technicians, ensuring that they are providing high-quality patient care while adhering to safety protocols and organizational standards. You will collaborate with surgeons and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care, manage equipment and supplies, and ensure that the operating room runs efficiently.

Education and Certification Requirements:
To be considered for this position, you must have a Bachelor's degree in nursing and hold a current registered nurse license in the state of Colorado. Additionally, you should have a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in an operating room setting and at least 2 years of management or supervisory experience. Advanced certification in perioperative nursing (CNOR) is also preferred.
