Full Time OR Registered Nurse

Job Description:

• Assist in surgical procedures by preparing the operating room and ensuring proper equipment and supplies are available.
• Monitor patients' vital signs during surgery and coordinate with the surgical team to ensure smooth operations.
• Administer medications and anesthesia as necessary, following protocols.
• Maintain a sterile environment to prevent infections and ensure patient safety.
• Assist in patient recovery post-surgery and provide patient education regarding postoperative care.
• Collaborate with the surgical team to implement best practices and maintain high standards of care.
• Document all aspects of patient care, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.

Education and Certification Requirements:

• Current RN license in the state of Oklahoma.
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification is required.
• ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) preferred.
• A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in the Operating Room is required.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced surgical environment.
