Connected Health Care, a leading recruitment and staffing firm, is currently partnering with a prestigious healthcare facility outside Fayetteville, AR, in the search for a highly skilled Surgical Technologist. We are seeking a dedicated professional to join our client's dynamic surgical team.

Job Description:

• Assist in surgical procedures: Set up and prepare operating rooms, ensuring all necessary equipment and supplies are available.
• Collaborate with surgical team: Work closely with surgeons, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to provide excellent patient care during surgeries.
• Maintain sterile field: Ensure a sterile environment in the operating room by following proper procedures and protocols.
• Handle surgical instruments: Pass instruments to surgeons during procedures and anticipate their needs to optimize efficiency.
• Post-operative duties: Assist with cleaning and restocking the operating room after procedures.

Qualifications:

• Education: Completion of an accredited Surgical Technologist program.
• Certification: Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) credential required.
• Experience: Minimum of [X] years of experience in a surgical setting.
