Job Description:

• Assess, plan, organize, and participate in rehabilitative programs that help build or restore vocational, homemaking, and daily living skills, as well as general independence, to patients with physical, developmental, or emotional impairments.
• Evaluate patient progress and prepare reports that detail progress.
• Design and implement individual treatment programs based on patient needs.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Educate patients and families about therapeutic exercises and strategies to improve daily living skills.

Education and Certification Requirements:

• CPR or BLS certification required.
• Master's degree preferred.
• Hospital experience required.
• KS OT license required.
