Job Description:

Assess and evaluate patients' physical and functional needs to develop personalized treatment plans

Implement therapeutic interventions to improve mobility, strength, coordination, and overall quality of life

Educate patients and families on treatment plans and adaptive techniques for daily living activities

Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including physicians, nurses, and physical therapists

Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation in compliance with healthcare regulations

Utilize specialized equipment and techniques to assist patients in achieving rehabilitation goals

Provide guidance on injury prevention and workplace ergonomics
Education & Certification Requirements:

Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program

Current Occupational Therapist (OT) license in the state of Montana

BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required

Previous experience in a SNF setting preferred
