Job Description

Occupational Therapist (OT) – Day Shift – Billings, MT

Job Description:

  • Assess and evaluate patients' physical and functional needs to develop personalized treatment plans

  • Implement therapeutic interventions to improve mobility, strength, coordination, and overall quality of life

  • Educate patients and families on treatment plans and adaptive techniques for daily living activities

  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including physicians, nurses, and physical therapists

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation in compliance with healthcare regulations

  • Utilize specialized equipment and techniques to assist patients in achieving rehabilitation goals

  • Provide guidance on injury prevention and workplace ergonomics

Education & Certification Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program

  • Current Occupational Therapist (OT) license in the state of Montana

  • BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required

  • Previous experience in a SNF setting preferred
