Job Description:

• Assess Patients: Conduct comprehensive evaluations to determine patients' functional abilities and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Develop Treatment Plans: Create and implement effective therapy plans to help patients regain independence and improve their quality of life.
• Therapeutic Interventions: Provide therapeutic exercises, activities of daily living (ADL) training, and adaptive equipment recommendations.
• Monitor Progress: Regularly assess patient progress and modify treatment plans as necessary to achieve optimal outcomes.
• Patient Education: Educate patients and their families on home exercise programs, adaptive techniques, and safety precautions.
• Collaborate: Work closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and comprehensive patient care.

Education and Certification Requirements:

• Graduate of an AOTA accredited school of Occupational Therapy.
• Current OT certification.
• Current BLS certification.
