Travel Occupational Therapist - 10-Week Contract near Tomahawk, Wisconsin

Job Description:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients’ physical, emotional, and cognitive needs.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to improve patients’ ability to perform daily activities.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide holistic patient care.
- Educate patients and their families on therapeutic techniques and home exercises.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and standards.
- Provide compassionate support and encouragement to patients throughout their therapy journey.
Education and Certification Requirements:
- Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy.
- Current Occupational Therapist (OT) license in Wisconsin or eligibility to obtain one.
- Certification from the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT).
- BLS (Basic Life Support) certification.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Occupational Therapist.
- Strong assessment, communication, and interpersonal skills.
