Job Requirements
  • Education Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy or related field from an accredited institution
  • Certifications Requirements: Valid State Occupational Therapy License, NBCOT Certification, CPR Certification
  • Experience Requirements: Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience working as an Occupational Therapist in a healthcare setting
  • Other Requirements: Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to work independently, strong organizational skills, physical ability to perform job duties, adaptability to fast-paced environments

Job Responsibilities
  • Assess residents' functional needs and develop tailored therapy treatment plans accordingly.
  • Provide direct occupational therapy services, including interventions to improve activities of daily living and motor skills.
  • Document patient progress, maintain accurate records, and communicate treatment outcomes to the multidisciplinary team.
