Job Description:

• Provide comprehensive occupational therapy services to patients in a long-term care (LTC) setting.
• Conduct patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans to promote functional independence.
• Implement therapeutic interventions and activities to improve fine motor skills, activities of daily living, and cognitive function.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes and discharge planning.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes.

Education and Certification Requirements:

• Licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) in Indiana.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience as an Occupational Therapist in a long-term care (LTC) setting.

Contract Details:

• Contract Length: 13 weeks
• Weekly Compensation: Up to $2,700 based on experience
