Required Skills:
- Prior OR experience in a clinical setting
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the State of Washington
- BLS for Healthcare Providers certification (must be maintained)
- Strong assessment, diagnostic, and patient care planning abilities
- Ability to work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams
- Professionalism and commitment to quality care
Nice to Have Skills:
- CNOR certification
- Additional certifications related to perioperative nursing
- Experience with various surgical procedures (details to be discussed during interview)
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred
- One to two years of relevant clinical experience in an operating room setting
Other Requirements:
- Must be flexible to float to other departments if needed
- Housing is not provided but easily accessible in Ellensburg
- 40 hours per week schedule. Interviewing manager can provide more insight on hours during interview
