Job Requirements
- Education Requirements: Valid RN license in North Carolina or the relevant state licensing board
- Certifications Requirements: Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) (if applicable), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) (if applicable)
- Experience Requirements: Minimum of 1 year of recent Operating Room RN experience in a hospital setting
- Other Requirements: Strong clinical skills, excellent communication abilities, ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Job Responsibilities
- Assess patients preoperatively to determine their readiness for surgery and provide necessary patient education.
- Collaborate with surgical teams to prepare operating rooms, ensuring all equipment and supplies are sterile and function properly.
- Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of patient care activities, surgical procedures, and postoperative notes.
> Provide direct patient care during surgical procedures, monitoring patient vitals and responding to intraoperative needs.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety, infection control, and compliance standards throughout all procedures.
