Job Description: As a Med/Surg Ortho/Observation RN, you will be an essential part of our client's healthcare team. Your role will involve providing exceptional care to patients in a dynamic Med/Surg and Ortho/Observation setting. About the unit:

• 10 private rooms
• Nursing is 5:1
• Patients include:
  • Post-op patients
  • Total joint replacement
  • Transient ischemia attack (TIA)
  • Non-infectious medical patients
  • Acute/chronic renal disease
  • DVT/PE
  • Observation patients

(Telemetry monitoring, tele-neurology and tele-nephrology available)

Education and Certification Requirements: To excel in this role, you should meet the following qualifications:

• Registered Nurse (RN) License: Active RN license in the state of Arizona.

• BLS and ACLS Certification: Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certifications.

• Med/Surg Experience: Prior experience in Med/Surg and Ortho/Observation nursing is preferred.
