Connected Health Care is partnering with a highly respected oncology center in Hobbs, New Mexico, to find a skilled and compassionate Radiation Therapist. This full-time, permanent role is an exciting opportunity to make a lasting impact in the lives of cancer patients while working with a cutting-edge team dedicated to high-quality care and clinical excellence.

Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Radiation Therapist who is passionate about delivering exceptional patient care through safe and accurate radiation treatment. This position offers excellent work-life balance, competitive pay, and a collaborative environment.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Administer radiation treatments as prescribed by the radiation oncologist

  • Operate linear accelerators and related equipment with precision and care

  • Accurately position patients and ensure safety protocols are followed at all times

  • Monitor patient responses and document all treatments and procedures

  • Collaborate with physicians, dosimetrists, physicists, and nursing staff

  • Provide compassionate, patient-centered care and emotional support throughout treatment

Education & Certification Requirements:

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Radiation Therapy from an accredited program

  • Current ARRT certification in Radiation Therapy – required

  • New Mexico Radiation Therapist License – required or eligibility to obtain

  • BLS Certification – required

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience preferred; new grads with strong clinical rotations are encouraged to apply
