Job Title: Travel Physical Therapist - Outpatient - Merrill, WI

Job Description:

• Provide outpatient physical therapy services to a diverse patient population
• Conduct thorough evaluations and develop personalized treatment plans based on individual patient needs
• Implement therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and modalities to enhance patient mobility and function
• Educate patients and their families on rehabilitation exercises, injury prevention, and self-care techniques
• Monitor and document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and effective patient care
• Adhere to all safety protocols, regulations, and best practices in physical therapy

Education and Certification Requirements:

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent degree
• Current Physical Therapist (PT) license in the state of Wisconsin or eligibility for licensure
• Minimum of 1 year of outpatient physical therapy experience preferred
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
• Strong clinical skills, excellent communication, and a patient-centered approach
