Job Description
Connected Health Care is seeking a dedicated Full Time Outpatient Physical Therapist to join our client's team in Kennewick, WA. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic outpatient setting, providing quality care to patients of all ages. New graduates are encouraged to apply!
Job Description:
- Assess patients' physical condition and develop individualized treatment plans to improve mobility, reduce pain, and restore function.
- Implement therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and modalities to achieve treatment goals.
- Educate patients and their families on home exercise programs and self-management strategies.
- Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Maintain accurate patient records and adhere to healthcare regulations and standards.
Education and Certification Requirements:
- Active Washington state Physical Therapist license
- Doctorate or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- New graduates are welcome to apply
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
