PCU Nurse - Santa Fe, NM

Connected Health Care is seeking an experienced PCU Nurse for our client, a hospital in Santa Fe, NM. As a PCU Nurse, you will be responsible for providing excellent patient care on the Progressive Care Unit (PCU). 

Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor patient vital signs and notify physicians of any changes
- Administer medications and perform necessary procedures as ordered by physicians
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Educate patients and families on care plans, treatments, and procedures
- Document patient care in electronic medical records accurately

Qualifications:
- Active RN license in New Mexico
- Minimum of 1 years of experience as a PCU Nurse (Preferred) 
- BSN degree (preferred)
- Current BLS and ACLS certification
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
