Connected Health Care, a premier recruitment and staffing firm, is seeking a Local Travel Contract Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for a client in Wells, Minnesota.
Job Description:
- Provide compassionate care and assistance to residents in a nursing home setting.
- Assist with activities of daily living including bathing, grooming, and feeding.
- Monitor and report changes in residents' health or behavior to the nursing staff.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents.
- Follow care plans to ensure residents' comfort and well-being.
Qualifications:
- Certification as a Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the state of Minnesota.
- A genuine passion for providing exceptional care to the elderly.
- Strong communication skills and a compassionate nature.
- LTC experience is preferred.
