Part-Time Physical Therapist – Inpatient – Near Wichita, KS
Schedule: 20 Hours per Week
Compensation: Up to $52.81 per Hour (based on experience)

Job Description
- Evaluate and treat patients in an inpatient hospital setting
- Develop and implement individualized physical therapy treatment plans
- Provide therapeutic exercises, gait training, and mobility interventions
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary care teams
- Educate patients and families on mobility, safety, and recovery strategies
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with facility standards
Requirements
Education & Certifications
- Doctor of Physical Therapy or Master’s degree from an accredited program
- Active Kansas Physical Therapy license
- BLS certification
Experience
- Inpatient physical therapy experience preferred
- Strong clinical assessment and patient care skills
Skills & Competencies
- Ability to work independently and manage a diverse inpatient caseload
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong clinical reasoning and problem-solving abilities
- Commitment to high-quality, patient-centered care
