Job Description:

• Assist the supervising Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) in providing speech and language therapy to students.
• Implement treatment plans and exercises designed by the SLP to help students with speech, language, and communication needs.
• Support and monitor student progress, documenting and reporting findings to the supervising SLP.
• Engage in individual and small-group sessions, using hands-on and creative approaches to enhance learning.
• Participate in team meetings and collaborate with educators, parents, and the supervising SLP to support each student’s development.

Education and Certification Requirements:

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Speech Language Pathology, Communication Disorders, or related field.
• Valid Speech Language Pathology Assistant license in Arizona.
• Experience in a school setting is preferred but not required.
• Strong communication skills, with a positive, team-oriented approach to therapy.
