Job Details:

• Job Type: Part-time, Direct Hire (3x8s schedule)
• Schedule: Monday, Wednesday, and Friday only
• Facility Details: 4 operating rooms specializing in Orthopedic, Spine, and Pain Management procedures

Position Description:

• Scrub and assist in various surgical procedures, ensuring an efficient and sterile environment.
• Provide the necessary instrumentation, supplies, and equipment for operations.
• Work alongside surgeons, anesthesiologists, and nurses to optimize patient care.
• Maintain compliance with all infection control and sterilization protocols.
• Assist in room setup, patient positioning, and postoperative equipment handling.

Position Requirements:

• Licensed Surgical Technologist from an accredited school of Allied Health.
• CST certification required.
• At least 2 years of experience as a Surgical OR Tech.
• Experience in Orthopedic, Spine, and Pain Management procedures preferred.
• BLS certification through the American Heart Association.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, specialized surgical setting.
