Per Diem Emergency Room RN – Garden Grove, CA (52 Weeks)

Connected Health Care, a trusted recruitment and staffing firm, is currently seeking a skilled and compassionate Emergency Room Registered Nurse (ER RN) for a Per Diem, 52-week assignment with one of our valued clients in Garden Grove, California. Job Description

• Provide professional nursing care to patients in the Emergency Room, following established standards, procedures, and protocols.
• Quickly assess patient conditions and determine the best course of action to stabilize and treat them.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care.
• Administer medications and monitor vital signs in a high-stress environment.
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans and recovery processes.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and hospital requirements.

Education and Certification Requirements

• Active and unencumbered California RN license.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred but not required.
• Certification in Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) required.
• Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) certification is a plus.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of recent ER nursing experience.

Skills and Qualifications

• Strong assessment, clinical, and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in high-stress situations.
• Detail-oriented and dedicated to delivering quality patient care.
• Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems is a plus.
