Job Description:
As a Per Diem Physical Therapist, you will provide direct physical therapy services to patients in their homes. Your goal is to improve their mobility, alleviate pain, and enhance their overall quality of life.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate patient conditions and develop personalized treatment plans.
- Provide hands-on physical therapy and education for patients and caregivers.
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate records.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Travel to patient homes using your personal vehicle.
Qualifications:
- Current Texas Physical Therapist license.
- Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
- Minimum of 1 year of physical therapy experience preferred (home health experience a plus).
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
