Job Requirements
- Education Requirements: Valid Nebraska RN license
- Certifications Requirements: BLS certification; LTC experience certification (preferred but not required); TNCC certification (preferred but not required)
- Experience Requirements: Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience in Long-Term Care settings; experience with geriatric patient care; familiarity with LTC facility operations
- Other Requirements: Ability to work independently; excellent communication and interpersonal skills; physical ability to perform nursing duties; reliable transportation and attendance

Job Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to residents in a Long-Term Care facility, ensuring compliance with facility policies and healthcare regulations.
- Assess residents' health status, develop individualized care plans, and execute nursing interventions accordingly.
