Cardiac Cath Lab Tech – Day Shift – Sandusky, OH

Job Description:
- Assist cardiologists during diagnostic and interventional cardiac catheterization procedures
- Prepare and maintain cath lab equipment to ensure optimal performance
- Monitor patient vital signs and report any abnormalities to the healthcare team
- Administer contrast media and operate imaging equipment as needed
- Maintain sterile techniques and follow infection control policies
- Document patient data and procedural details accurately
- Stay current with the latest advancements in cardiovascular technology and techniques
Education & Certification Requirements:
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Cardiovascular Technology, Radiologic Technology, or a related field required
- RCIS (Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist), ARRT, ODH Radiologic License
- BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) certifications
- Previous experience in a cardiac cath lab preferred but new graduates are encouraged to apply
