(Day Shift at Utica High School Available) - Utica, OH
Connected Health Care, a Joint Commission Certified recruitment and staffing firm, is looking for a dedicated Athletic Trainer for a permanent position at a Utica High School in Utica, OH. This is an excellent opportunity for an athletic trainer passionate about working with students and promoting physical health and wellness.
Job Description:
- Develop and implement injury prevention programs for student-athletes
- Provide emergency care, first aid, and rehabilitation for sports-related injuries
- Collaborate with coaches, parents, and healthcare providers to ensure the best care for athletes
- Maintain accurate records of injuries, treatments, and rehabilitation progress
- Educate students, coaches, and parents on injury prevention and management
Education + Certification Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Athletic Training or related field
- BOC (Board of Certification) certification required
- State of Ohio Athletic Trainer License
- CPR and First Aid certifications
- Experience working in a high school setting preferred
