Lead and manage the organization's healthcare compliance program in accordance with federal, state, and local regulations

Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures to promote ethical practices and regulatory adherence

Conduct internal audits, risk assessments, and investigations to identify and mitigate compliance risks

Educate and train staff on compliance-related issues and best practices
-
Serve as the primary liaison with regulatory agencies and maintain up-to-date knowledge of evolving healthcare laws and standards

Collaborate with leadership to ensure ongoing quality improvement and legal alignment across departments
Education & Certification Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s in Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field preferred

Certified in Healthcare Compliance (CHC) or related certification strongly preferred

Minimum 10+ years of experience in healthcare compliance required, preferably in a leadership role

Proven knowledge of HIPAA, CMS, The Joint Commission, and other relevant healthcare regulations
