What You’ll Do: As a Home Health RN, you will assess, plan, and deliver personalized care to patients in their homes, ensuring safety, comfort, and optimal health outcomes. You will coordinate with interdisciplinary teams, educate patients and families, and lead care delivery with professionalism and compassion. Your expertise will contribute to quality assurance and continuous improvement efforts within the team.
Required Skills:
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program and currently licensed in Washington State
- Valid BLS for Healthcare Providers (maintenance required)
- Minimum of 1 year of recent RN experience in home health care
- Valid Washington State driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Strong assessment, communication, and clinical skills
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with team members
Nice to Have Skills:
- 1-2 years of clinical experience in relevant nursing areas
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
- Experience with Medicare certified home health or hospice services
- Knowledge of PEARS and other emergency response protocols
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN)
- At least one year of recent home health nursing experience
- Additional certifications or specialized training in home health or hospice care
Other Requirements:
- Flexibility to work scheduled shifts including evenings, nights, and weekends
- Willingness to float to other departments as needed
- Commitment to ongoing professional growth and development
