Permanent - L&D Registered Nurse - Up to $99,328/YR
Join our dedicated Labor & Delivery team and make a meaningful difference in the lives of mothers and newborns! We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Registered Nurse to provide top-quality care across the Labor, Delivery, Recovery, and Postpartum spectrum. This vital role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where your expertise directly impacts patient outcomes and experiences. If you are passionate about childbirth and committed to excellence, we want to hear from you!
Required Skills:
- Current RN license through the Compact State with no restrictions
- BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NRP certifications
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience, with preference for Labor & Delivery and couplet care backgrounds
- Proficiency in fetal heart monitoring
- Strong critical thinking skills and ability to interpret patient outcomes
- Excellent communication skills and responsiveness in fast-paced settings
- Experience with Meditech or other EMR systems
- Ability to adapt to a changing environment
Nice to Have Skills:
- Additional certifications in obstetric or neonatal care
- Experience working in a variety of shift schedules, including day, night, and PRN shifts
- Knowledge of patient education and support during labor
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Associates or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing
- At least 2 years of specialized L&D nursing experience, ideally within a hospital setting
Other Requirements:
- Flexibility to work varied shifts based on department needs
- Willingness to work in a fast-evolving, team-oriented environment
